Hanke eesmärgiks on hankelepingu (kestvusega 12 kuud, lisa 2 hankelepingu projekt) sõlmimine ning maksimaalse ühikuhinna fikseerimine ühe lepingupartneriga moondamiskostüümide ja maskeerimiskatete (lisa 1, tehniline kirjeldus) soetamiseks.
