1. Przedmiotem umowy jest realizacja 7 instalacji fotowoltaicznych oraz 2 magazynów energii elektrycznej, w podziale na następujące budynki: 1) OSP Stanica, ul. 1 Maja 24a, 44-145 Stanica: 1 instalacja fotowoltaiczna z magazynem energii elektrycznej; 2) LKS „Wilki” Wilcza, ul. Grzonki 13a, 44-189 Wilcza: 1 instalacja fotowoltaiczna; 3) LKS „Orzeł” Stanica, ul. Sportowa 19, 44-145 Stanica: 1 instalacja elektryczna z magazynem energii elektrycznej; 4) Przedszkole w Nieborowicach, ul. Główna 50, 44-144 Nieborowice: 2 instalacje fotowoltaiczne; 5) Przedszkole w Żernicy, ul. Górnicza 2m, 44-144 Żernica: 1 instalacja fotowoltaiczna; 6) Przedszkole w Stanicy, ul. Sportowa 21, 44-145 Stanica: 1 instalacja fotowoltaiczna. 2. Realizacja przedmiotu umowy obejmuje: 1) wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej; 2) dostawę instalacji; 3) roboty budowlano - instalacyjne; 4) uruchomienie instalacji i szkolenie użytkowników; 5) gwarancję i serwis. UWAGA Przed przystąpieniem do realizacji Wykonawca ma obowiązek zweryfikować moc przyłączeniową w obiekcie i wystąpić o jej zwiększenie jeżeli będzie to konieczne.
