Puolustusvoimilla käytössä olevan Bittiumin valmistaman monitoimilaitteen ohjelmiston jatkokehitys. Hankinnan kohteena on luoda kyseisen monitoimilaitteen ja siihen liitetyn laitteen ohjelmistorajapinta, sekä päivittää monitoimilaitteen ohjelmistoa vaaditulla tavalla.
