Description
Betreft het modificeren van 150 stuks, waarvan 25 optioneel, munitie programmeereenheden (hierna: de MPE + TA30) ten behoeve van de CV9035NL (hierna: de CV90). Het huidige type, de MPE + TA3O, is obsolete en kan niet meer nieuw aangekocht worden. Het is wel mogelijk om deze naar de nieuwe standaard te modificeren. De beoogde contractpartner voor het modificeren is, BAE Systems Hagglunds AB, de leverancier en Original Equipment Manufacturer (hierna: de OEM) van het wapensysteem. BAE Systems Hgglunds AB heeft als OEM als enige de vereiste kennis, kunde, en systeemverantwoordelijkheid om de modificatie van het complexe militair materieel uit te voeren.
