1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja oświetlenia drogowego polegająca na wymianie opraw nieenergooszczędnych na oprawy typu LED na terenie miasta Kalisza w ilości 1 315 szt. 2. Szczegółowy zakres modernizacji zawiera opis przedmiotu zamówienia zwany dalej „OPZ” stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ na który składają się: − zestawienie montażowe (zał. nr 1 do OPZ), − mapy sytuacyjne z legendą (zał. nr 2 i 2A do OPZ), − obliczenia fotometryczne (zał. nr 3 do OPZ) − przedmiar robót (zał. nr 4 do OPZ) Wszystkie obowiązki Wykonawcy zawarte są w projekcie umowy załączonym do SWZ.
