Description
Jedná se o realizaci nové teplárenské technologie do budovy stávající teplárny. Budou instalovány dvě kogenerační jednotky, tři plynové kotle, a dále sestava elektrokotlů a tepelných čerpadel uvnitř budovy. Ve vnějších částech areálu teplárny budou umístěny pouze nevýrobní části, a to akumulační nádrž, vzduchové chladiče okruhu kogeneračních jednotek a tři nové komíny pro nové plynové kotle. Stavba bude trvalá a jejím účelem je optimalizace dodávky tepelné energie pro město Žďár nad Sázavou. Předmětem je funkční dílo spočívající v realizaci veškerých stavebních prací, dodávek věcí, prací a služeb spojených s realizací modernizace SZTE Žďár nad Sázavou, kotelny Libušín.
