Description
Das übergeordnete Planungs- und Überwachungsziel ist die Modernisierung des Betriebsstandortes Logauweg mit der Kernnutzung als Stadtgärtnerei. Darüber hinaus wird der Standort insbesondere als Ausbildungsstätte, Betriebshof für den städtischen Grünunterhalt Filder und als übergeordnete Kantine für städtische Mitarbeiter genutzt. Gegenstand des Auftrages sind Leistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI für folgende Gebäude(-Teile): Gebäude A (Ersatzneubau Kantine mit Sozialbereich, Duschen, etc) Gebäude C (Verwaltung, Schulungs- und Ausbildungsräume) Gebäude D (Energiezentrale, Garagen, Werkstätten) Gebäude E (Garagen, Werkstätten) Bei den Gebäudeteilen C, D und E handelt es sich um Bestandsgebäude, die modernisiert werden müssen.
