L'Opéra Métropole de Metz nécessite une rénovation de l'ensemble de ses dispositifs constructifs, techniques et décoratifs, ainsi qu'une extension pour développement de services et salles de répétition complémentaires. Construit en 1752, restructuré en 1824, puis constamment étendu ou recomposé, le « Grand Théâtre de Metz » est un édifice classé MH pour ses façades et toitures, mais appelle une même attention patrimoniale sur ses aménagements intérieurs. Les travaux recouvrent les aspects suivants : -Reprises des façades Nord et menuiseries extérieures -Restauration de la salle et de ses distributions -Rénovation intérieure et agencement -Amélioration du fonctionnement d'Opéra-Théâtre -Création d'extensions neuves côté bras de Moselle -Modernisation de tous les équipements techniques -Remplacement des équipements scénographiques
