Auf dem Areal der bayrischen Bereitschaftspolizei Dachau ist die Errichtung eines neuen Dienstgebäudes für die Polizeiinspektion Dachau geplant. Das Grundstück hierfür liegt direkt am JohnFKennedy Platz. In neuen Dienstgebäude sollen Verwaltungsräume (942 qm), Sonderbereiche (1.007 qm), Polizeihof sowie Besucher und BedienstetenStellplätze untergebracht werden. Insgesamt sind 1.949 qm Nutzfläche NF 1 7 geplant. Die Fläche des zu bebauenden Grundstücks inklusive Stellplätze und Grünflächen beläuft sich auf ca. 0,57 ha.
