Provincie Gelderland is op zoek naar een oplossing om bedrijven binnen de provincie Gelderland met een applicatie te ondersteunen bij hun mobiliteitsbeleid met focus op bereikbaarheid, duurzaamheid en efficiëntie. Daarnaast heeft de provincie de behoefte aan data die beleidsmatig kan worden gebruikt. Het betreft een contractperiode van drie jaar met een mogelijkheid tot verlenging van twee keer één jaar.
