Description

Mit einer regionalen Mobilitätszentrale (Call-center) soll die integrierte und nachhaltige Mobilität im Landkreis Freyung-Grafenau gefördert werden, indem öffentlich zugängliche Mobilitäts- und Informationsangebote koordiniert, miteinander vernetzt und gebündelt bereitgestellt werden. Das bestehende Informationsangebot „Mobilitätszentrale Freyung-Grafenau“ bietet bislang ausschließlich telefonische Auskünfte zum ÖPNV-Angebot (inkl. der Rufbus-Verkehre). Dies soll auch so weiterhin Bestand haben. Die regionale Mobilitätszentrale soll zu einer Informations-, Koordinations- und Beratungsplattform ausgebaut werden. Umfasst sind insbesondere die folgenden Telefondienste: - Rufbus-Bestellung über die Mobilitätszentrale - ÖPNV-Taxi-Bestellung über die Mobilitätszentrale - „Allgemeine Beratung“ durch die Mobilitätszentrale - landkreisweite ÖPNV-Tarifauskunft - Information zu ÖPNV-Taxi und Rufbussen - Verbesserung und Standardisierung von touristischen Auskünften - Information zur Barrierefreiheit - Beschwerdemanagement Näheres regeln die Vergabeunterlagen.
