Description
Deze openbare procedure leidt tot een raamovereenkomst met meerdere opdrachtnemers die worden geselecteerd voor het leveren, opstellen, onderhouden en aanpassen van de ITS-applicatie en RIS als onderdeel van gecertificeerde intelligente verkeersregelaars (verder: ‘iVRI’) . Onder levering wordt verstaan het leveren van diensten om de ITS-applicatie en RIS functioneel te laten werken, waarbij beide applicaties volgens het Software as a Service-principe worden afgenomen.
