Description
The objective of the procurement is to cover Validér ́s need for mobile broadband (MBB) for AMS, including establishment, administration, operation, support and consultancy services. The need for the services shall be covered through an agreement with one tenderer.
Award criteria
- Cost — The cost evaluation is based on the prices (CAPEX + OPEX over 8 years), which are stated in the price form, which is included as part of the tender documentation's annex B.
- Quality — The offered system was evaluated in accordance with how the system fulfils the requirements in the tender documentation annex A requirement specification chapters 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.
- Quality — The tenderer was evaluated in relation to how well it fulfils the requirements in the tender documentation annex A chapter 3.4.
