Description
Deze inkoop betreft de aanbesteding van een Missie Kritische Communicatie (MKC) -oplossing als opvolger van de huidige portofonie-oplossing, inclusief een noodfunctionaliteit. De MKC-oplossing dient: • push-to-talk communicatiedienst te bieden • noodfunctionaliteit te bieden • beheer op communicatieapparatuur te bieden • robuust te zijn met een hoge betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid • in de toekomst als primair communicatiemiddel ingezet te kunnen worden De initiële omvang van de opdracht omvat de MKC-oplossing voor de huidige gebruikersgroep binnen RWS wegverkeersmanagement. Deze gebruikersgroep omvat Weginspecteurs en medewerkers operationele advisering • Aantal MOA en WIS: circa 370 personen; • Elke MOA en WIS heeft een persoonsgebonden communicatieapparaat • MOA en WIS maken voor hun werk gebruik van een voertuig (auto, motor) Wegverkeersleiders • Circa 80 desks in de 5 Verkeerscentrales moeten voorzien worden van deskgebonden communicatieapparatuur voor de circa 250 WVL Rijkswaterstaat gaat voor de vaste looptijd van 6 jaar van de Overeenkomst uit van een indicatieve opdrachtwaarde van 1,5 – 5 miljoen euro exclusief btw.
