Description
Beschafft werden soll die Mittagsverpflegung für ca. 161 Schüler, 4 Verpflegungstage pro Woche, 150 Verpflegungstage im Jahr mit einer Mindestvertragslauftzeit von 2 Jahren. Die Mittagsverpflegung an der Grundschule Lindenschule soll auf der Basis des Verpflegungssystems Warmverpflegung (Cook & freeze) stattfinden. Die Speisezubereitung findet in der Küche der Schule statt. Der Auftragnehmer stellt die notwendige Aufbereitungstechnik bereit (Combi-Dämpfer, Kondensationsabzughaube, Lagerfroster).
