Η χρηματοδοτική μίσθωση (leasing) αφορά 76 Μηχανήματα (29 Εκτυπωτές Α4 Μονόχρωμοι – 43 Φωτοτυπικά Α3 Μονόχρωμα – 4 Φωτοτυπικά Α3 έγχρωμα) όπως αναφέρονται αναλυτικά στα τεύχη της μελέτης, διάρκειας τεσσάρων (4) ετών, η οποία θα περιλαμβάνει όλα τα κόστη λειτουργίας, εκτός χαρτιού και συρραπτικών. Τα προσφερόμενα προς μίσθωση μηχανήματα θα είναι τα γνήσια (original) μοντέλα του κατασκευαστή και θα είναι καινούργια (όχι μεταχειρισμένα ή προϊόντα ανακατασκευής ούτε εκθεσιακά κομμάτια, όλα του ιδίου κατασκευαστή).
