Description
Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre est établie en application des articles L. 2410-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Le CCTP du marché précise et complète les éléments de missions telles que définies par le Code de la commande publique et précise notamment leurs conditions d'exécution. L'opération concerne le projet de renouvellement urbain de l'ensemble du Crêt de l'oeillet à Saint-Chamond. Le programme prévoit : - La construction de 16 maisons individuelles en bandes et de 36 logements collectifs sous la forme de plots, - La réhabilitation de 51 logements en site occupés, - La démolition de deux barres comptant 69 logements et d'un local associatif, - La reprise d'une partie des aménagements extérieurs existants, notamment la voirie et les cheminements
