Description
La ville de Melun, par rapport à l'évolution démographique, est contrainte de réaliser une extension : réhabilitation de son groupe scolaire Jules Ferry. Le prestataire interviendra pour la tranche ferme : - Établissement d'une esquisse et d'un DIAG - Etablissement d'un préprogramme chiffré et phasé (APS). - Après validation des solutions par la maitrise d'ouvrage, établissement du projet d'extension et de réhabilitation, phasé et chiffré (phase APD). Etablissement des autorisations administratives (permis de construire, déclaration loi sur l'eau, ?). - Affinement du projet (phase PRO/DCE). - Assistance à la consultation des entreprises (ACT). et pour la tranche optionnelle : - Suivi de chantier (OPC)
