L'opération porte plus précisément sur : - La restructuration, rénovation thermique, extension du restaurant scolaire y compris l'intégration d'une salle polyvalente d'une surface de plancher d'environ 1 000m², dont 740m² existants et 260m² en extension ; - Le réaménagement et la végétalisation des cours des écoles élémentaires Cousteau A et B, soit environ 3 900m² d'aménagements extérieurs ; - La création de 2 préaux, soit 2 120m² ; - La restructuration de la Place des Écoliers, soit environ 750m²
