Description
L'opération de réhabilitation énergétique et technique consiste à améliorer la performance énergétique des bâtiments tout en réduisant les charges de nos locataires. Par la même occasion un travail sur le cadre de vie sera mené (confort intérieur et environnement extérieur). La résidence est composée de 745 logements et de 11 commerces. Les travaux sont prévus en 3 phases : * Phase 1: 7 Bâtiments- E, A, B, C, D, G1, G2, comprenant 370 logements. * Phase 2: 6 Bâtiments- H, I, J, K, F, L, comprenant 335 logements. * Phase 3: 1 Bâtiment- M, comprenant 40 logements. Le marché de Maitrise d'oeuvre comprend les missions suivantes : DIA, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, DET, OPC, AOR y compris DOE. Missions complémentaires : SSI, PEMD, MOS
