Description
Le présent concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre a pour objet la démolition des actuelles installations et la reconstruction de bâtiments neufs créant ainsi 16 classes réparties comme suit : 10 classes élémentaires et 6 classes maternelle, afin de constituer un nouveau groupe scolaire permettant la montée pédagogique à l'ensemble des élèves au sein de la même école. Il s'agit d'un concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur avant-projet sommaire. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au règlement de concours - phase candidature. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires
