La mission confiée est une mission globale de maitrise d'oeuvre, ainsi que OPC ET SSI en missions complémentaires. Le prestataire ou le groupement de MOE devra présenter obligatoirement les compétences suivantes: Architecte, bureau d'étude structure avec des compétences en construction bois, bureau d'études fluides CVC et plomberie, bureau d'études fluides courant fort et faible, économiste de la construction, paysagiste, études HQE, maitrise d'oeuvre d'exécution incluant DET OPC
