Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la nomination du commissaire aux comptes titulaire pour les exercices 2025 à 2030. Le marché aura pour objet l'exécution des missions de contrôle légal et de certification des comptes en application des dispositions des articles L 225-218 et suivants et R 225-161 et suivants et R 821-1 à R 823-21 du code de commerce, ainsi que l'exécution de missions connexes ou complémentaires à sa mission. La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché de 4 lots distincts qui seront chacun relatifs à des prestations intellectuelles de commissariat aux comptes pour chacun des Bénéficiaires respectifs du Groupement de commandes, conformément aux dispositions de l'article L.255-218 du Code de commerce.
