Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la mission de contrôle externe sur l'ordonnancement pilotage et coordination sur le site de l'hôpital pour la rénovation du bâtiment Mistral (M1) Le projet de rénovation du bâtiment Mistral prévoit un démarrage des travaux en mars 2026 et une fin prévisionnelle en fin 2028. Le titulaire aura pour mission principale de vérifier la conformité au calendrier d'exécution contractuel, les avancements des travaux et valider les modifications du point de vue calendaire proposés par l'OPC de l'entreprise. Il devra intervenir tout au long de la durée des travaux, depuis la phase préparatoire jusqu'à la levée des réserves, et fournir une vision objective, indépendante et critique à la maîtrise d'ouvrage. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le descriptif des prestations demandées est décrit au cahier des charges
