Description
Le présent marché a pour objet une mission d’ordonnancement, coordination et pilotage de chantier relative à la restructuration de l’externat et de l’administration au lycée Rabelais à Fontenay le Comte. Le lycée François Rabelais, ouvert en 1968, a déjà fait l’objet de campagnes importantes de travaux. L’établissement a fait l’objet d’une étude de programmation de type « schéma directeur » en 2003-2004. Ces études préalables priorisaient les besoins sous forme d’opérations distinctes, qui ont été votées et, pour les deux premières, achevées : 1ère – Ateliers (achevée en juillet 2014, pour un coût final de l’opération de 9,1 M€), 2ème – Internats (achevée en février 2018, pour un coût final de l’opération de 11,5 M€), La dernière phase, pour l’accueil, l’administration et l’externat fait l’objet de la présente opération.
