<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires.<br/>L'E.P.S.B.D., situé à Étampes dans l'Essonne, est un établissement de santé spécialisé en psychiatrie. Il joue un rôle majeur dans la prise en charge des patients souffrant de troubles mentaux au niveau départemental. En 2022, l'Établissement Public de Santé Barthélémy Durand a procédé à l'acquisition de nouveaux bâtiments situés sur le site du G.H.U. Paris Psychiatrie & Neurosciences, au 2 route de Longpont sur la commune de Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois. L'établissement, déjà présent sur ce site, avait précédemment ouvert une unité d'hospitalisation pour adolescents en 2010, et inauguré, en 2012, un bâtiment de 9 000 m² de surface hors oeuvre nette (SHON) destiné à l'hospitalisation des cinq secteurs de psychiatrie du nord du territoire essonnien. Dans le cadre de cette acquisition, l'établissement a repris en 2022 la gestion des installations techniques, notamment les réseaux d'eau, d'électricité et de gaz, anciennement exploités par le G.H.U.
