Description
Le Lycée Professionnel Henri Dunant accueillant plus de 350 jeunes (élèves et apprentis) est en pleine évolution et subit des modifications constantes pour rester adapté aux évolutions professionnelles. A ce jour, l'aspect vieillissant du bâtiment D0 et de ses abords, qui fait face au parvis d'entrée du lycée, ouvre différents enjeux d'améliorations visuelles, techniques et fonctionnelles, ainsi que l'amélioration des performances thermiques du bâtiment et des équipements techniques. La Région Pays de la Loire a inscrit dans sa Stratégie d'investissement des lycées (SIL) une opération d'extension et restructuration du bâtiment D0 du lycée, avec pour objectif d'améliorer la fonctionnalité pédagogique des locaux (notamment au rez-de-chaussée), d'améliorer l'image du lycée, son parvis d'entrée, et de saisir cette opportunité pour améliorer les performances énergétiques du bâtiment.
