MISSION D'ASSISTANCE A MAITRISE D'OUVRAGE SUR LE VOLET ENVIRONNEMENTAL DU PLUID LORS DE SES EVOLUTIONS ET AUTRES ETUDES ENVIRONNEMENTALES PRE OPERATIONNELLE L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. La forme du prix est déterminée par marché subséquent. Cet accord cadre concerne l'accompagnement technique de l'agglomération de La Rochelle dans ses procédures environnementales : évaluation environnementale du PLUI, évaluation du volet mobilité du PLUI, analyses environnementales pré opérationnelles, production des dossiers des saisines de l'autorité environnementale ; mais n'inclut pas les études d'impact, qui feront l'objet d'autres consultations les études opérationnelles et études 4 saisons
