L'étude a pour objet la réalisation d'un état des lieux, d'un diagnostic des services eau et assainissement sur l'ensemble du territoire de la Communauté de Communes Conflent Canigó, des propositions de scénarios de structuration de la maîtrise d'ouvrage pour ces services et l'accompagnement opérationnel de l'EPCI après choix d'un scénario de structuration. DECOMPOSITION : -Tranche ferme : AMO prise de compétence -Tranche optionnelle 01 : Accompagnement suite à la prise de compétence -Tranche optionnelle 02 : Rédaction de cahiers des charges pour la mise en oeuvre de Schémas Directeurs (bons de commande sur la base d'un BPU)
