Description
La mission a pour but d'accompagner la collectivité dans la mise en place d'un processus de concertation et de communication par voie dématérialisée dans le cadre de la conduite du projet d'élaboration du PLUi de Limoges Métropole. Elle consiste en la mise en place et le suivi d'un site internet dédié à la démarche. Elle devra s'inscrire dans la continuité des missions des titulaires des marchés relatifs à l'étude du PLUi et à l'approche environnementale déjà retenus.
