Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture d'une prestation d'assistance à la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMO) en soutien au grand projet structurant AFer 2025 (Ambition Ferroviaire 2025) de la Direction Territoriale du Havre au sein du Grand Port Fluvio-Maritime de l'axe-Seine (GPFMAS) ci-après dénommée « HAROPA PORT | Le Havre ». L'ambition fixée est de tripler le trafic ferroviaire depuis et vers la zone industrialo-portuaire du Havre. Cette ambition de développement du trafic ferroviaire nécessite de s'interroger sur l'ensemble de la structuration, composition, organisation et exploitation du mode ferroviaire au sein du réseau ferré portuaire havrais.
