Description
La mission d'Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage vise sur la base d’un diagnostic préalable du contrat en vigueur d’assister Limoges Métropole dans la passation du nouveau contrat d’exploitation pour assurer une transition fluide et efficace entre les deux contrats. Cet accompagnement permettra d’assurer dans les meilleures conditions une continuité du service public et garantit une transition maîtrisée. Le cahier des charges (CCTP) joint au DCE détaille les éléments majeurs de l’opération.
