Le présent marché concerne la mise en œuvre et l'exploitation d'une solution de gestion de la relation client (CRM). Cette opération vise ainsi à optimiser et moderniser les parcours prospects/clients et partenaires. Le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) décrit les objectifs fixés et les prestations à exécuter dans le cadre du présent marché.
