Le présent accord cadre a pour objet la conception, l'intégration et le déploiement d'une solution de Centre de Contact Multicanal (CCMC), puis la maintenance, l'hébergement et l'exploitation de ce système. Les principales prestations attendues dans le cadre du marché se décomposent de la façon suivante : - Prestation A : Installation et mise en oeuvre de la Solution et formation des équipes ; - Prestation B : Service Continu (maintenance applicative, corrective et évolutive) ; - Prestation C : Réversibilité. il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bon de commande mono attributaire avec montants minimum et maximum. la durée est de 48 mois reconductibles 2 fois par période de 24 mois soit une durée maximale de 96 mois
