Description
Un même fournisseur ne peut se voir attribuer qu'un seul lot. Si un fournisseur est classé premier sur un nombre de lots supérieur au nombre maximum de lots attribuables à un même fournisseur, celui-ci se verra attribuer les lots par ordre décroissant des notes obtenues sur les différents lots, les lots restants étant attribués aux fournisseurs classés deuxièmes. Dans l'hypothèse où le candidat arrivé en 1ère position sur plusieurs lots serait le seul candidat ayant répondu sur l'un ou plusieurs des lots, alors ce ou ces lots, lui sera(ont) attribué(s) en priorité sans application de la règle précitée relative aux notes, dans la limite du nombre maximum de lots attribués. La limitation du nombre maximum de lots attribués ne s'appliquera pas en cas d'insuffisance du nombre d'offres réceptionnées, laquelle ne permettrait pas l'attribution au candidat classé en seconde position. Les variantes à l'initiative des candidats sont autorisées dans les conditions suivantes : une seule variante autorisée concernant uniquement la structure de la chaussée hors couche de forme
