Description
Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre alloti avec un seuil maximum L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le lot 1 fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Le lot 2 fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre attribué à un seul opérateur économique
