Raamlepingu perioodil on eesmärk soetada kõrva, nina ja kurgu vaatluse mikroskoop ehk LOR-mikroskoop (esmase tarne kogus 1 tk, eeldatav täiendav kogus raamhanke jooksul 5 tk) koos seadmete töövõime tagamiseks vajalike teenuste osutamisega seadmete kasuliku eluea jooksul (7 aastat).
