Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí komplexní služby pro zajištění mikrobiologických měření, laboratorních analýz vod, zkoušek na sterilitu a laboratorních vyšetření (dále také jen souhrnně „zkoušky“) dle požadavků úseku hygienika a oddělní OVB (ekolog, vodohospodář), kterou udává platná legislativa a pro potřeby hodnocení rizik, vedoucích ke snížení přenosu a šíření infekčních onemocnění ve FNO.
