Cette mission comprend : 1. les droits d'utilisateur pour SAP SAAS (Software As A Service) 2. une migration brownfield de l'environnement SAP ECC vers S/4HANA, Private Cloud Edition 3. les optimisations fonctionnelles et les projets liés à S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, Analysis for Office, SAP BTP ou d'autres applications SAP 4. le support et l'assistance fonctionnelle de l'environnement SAP S/4HANA, des interfaces liées et de l'environnement BI. Afin d'assurer la garantie de prix la plus longue possible, le SCK CEN retient pour ce contrat une durée de 6 ans et 9 mois, ce qui correspond à la durée maximale d'un abonnement SAP.
