De adviesopdracht bestaat uit twee onderdelen: ● gebouw Centrale Dienst Dierproeven - installatietechnische renovatie; De Opdracht betreft het opstellen van een programma van eisen en (optioneel) in het verlengde daarvan een ontwerp voor de installatietechnische renovatie. ● instandhouding installaties gebouwencomplex Antonius Deusinglaan 1. Het gevraagd advies bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit: algemeen technisch advies (o.a. het opstellen van bestekdocumenten). Hier zal een raamovereenkomst voor afgesloten worden. Beide onderdelen zijn in het aanbestedingsdocument nader omschreven.
