Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse (FMI) har behov for, at få gennemført en Mid-life update (MLU) af en del af Forsvarets taktiske lys lasere, model DBAL-A3. Under MLU'en opgraderes de gamle DBAL-A3 til den nyeste digitaliserede version inkl. de nødvendige hardware ændringer.
