Sopimukseen sisältyy mm: - tekninen ongelmanratkaisu ja neuvontatuki - ympäristöjen terveyskatselmoinnit (olemassa olevien ympäristöjen ja teknologioiden jatkuvuuden varmistaminen ja risken ennakoinnit) - verkkokoulutusportaali - proaktiiviset palvelut - uutiskirjeet - nimetty palvelu- ja vikatilannepäällikkö - tuoteryhmän neuvontapalvelut - services Hub - mahdollisuus hankkia erityisasiantuntijapalvelua (Palvelut ovat saatavilla lisämaksulla ja osa hinnasta on mahdollista kattaa Flex Allowance-edulla)
