NYKYTILAN KUVAUS: Käytämme palvelutuotannossa Microsoft alustoja, niiden alustojen ja ohjelmistojen lisensointiin käytetään kahta eri Microsoft Partner sopimusta: Services Provider License Agreement (Indirect), Commercial Services Provider License Agreement (Indirect) Qualified Educational End User Addendum Nykyinen jälleenmyynnin sopimuskausi loppuu 08.08.2022 HANKINTA: Hankinnan tavoitteena on Microsoft SPLA Commercial ja Educational lisenssien jälleenmyyjän valinta neljäksi vuodeksi. Kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti seuraavissa liitteissä: - Sopimusluonnos - Turvallisuusopimus (liite1) - Julkisen hallinnon IT-hankintojen yleiset sopimusehdot (JIT 2015 -yleiset ehdot) (liite2) - Erityisehtoja palveluista (JIT 2015 – Palvelut) (liite3) Sopimuskausi on 4 vuotta ja se alkaa sopimuksen allekirjoittamisesta. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta
