Description
Gegenstand ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Auftragnehmer je Los über die Vermittlung von allen im Rahmen der Vertragslaufzeit in den genannten Kategorien verfügbaren Microsoft Lizenzen, ggf. mit Software Assurance sowie korrespondierenden Dienstleistungen (nachfolgend gemeinsam: Dienstleistungen). Der Abschluss der Rahmenvereinbarung erfolgt mit Erteilung des Zuschlags (Anl. Nr. 01), der wesentlicher Bestandteil dieses Vertrages wird.
