Description

Das Landratsamt Augsburg verfügt derzeit über einen bestehenden Enterprise Agreement Vertrag (EA-Vertrag) mit Microsoft, der zum 30.09.2024 ausläuft. Dieser Altvertrag basiert auf den Konditionenverträgen, insbesondere dem entsprechenden Konzernvertrag, zwischen dem Bundesministerium des Innern und für Heimat und Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (dem sog. BMI-Beitritt). Der Zweck dieser Konditionenverträge ist die Standardisierung der Arbeitsplätze sowie eine einheitliche und kostengünstige Softwarebeschaffung von Microsoft-Lizenzen und weiterer Hersteller für öffentlichen Einrichtungen.
