Le marché public a pour objet un marché global de performance associant l'exploitation du site des Archives Départementales de l'Oise situé au 71 rue de Tilloy à Beauvais, avec entretien multi techniques et fourniture de combustible (GAZ), à la réalisation de travaux favorisant les économies d'énergie et de gros entretien renouvellement d'équipement. Le marché confie au Titulaire les missions d'exploitation, de surveillance (y compris astreinte) et de conduite des installations des bâtiments des archives départementales de l'Oise, ainsi qu'une assistance technique au Département de l'Oise. Ce marché répond à des objectifs chiffrés de performances définis en terme de niveau d'activité, de qualité de service, d'efficacité énergétique et d'incidence écologique.
