Description
Le marché a pour objet de confier à un groupement d'opérateurs économiques la conception et la réalisation de travaux d'investissement favorisant les économies d'énergie et permettant la production des énergies renouvelables, les opérations de gros entretien et de renouvellement des équipements CVC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation), l'exploitation des installations CVC ainsi que la fourniture d'énergies thermiques pour les bâtiments du Département de l'Oise. Ce marché répond à des objectifs chiffrés de performance définis en termes de niveau d'activité, de qualité de service, d'efficacité énergétique et d'incidence écologique. Le marché permet de favoriser les économies d'énergie, d'assurer la pérennisation des équipements CVC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation), et d'optimiser le montant des opérations d'exploitation et de renouvellement des équipements. Le marché concerne environ 95 000 mètres carrés de surface relevant principalement du tertiaire.
