Description
Het betreft initieel het leveren van passend Meubilair voor de invulling van een nieuw interieurconcept, zoals de door Opdrachtgever aangestelde interieurarchitect zijn opgesteld. De levering en montage van het Meubilair dient in de periode tussen 1 mei 2025 en 30 juni 2025 plaats te vinden. De verwachting is dat het pand definitief opgeleverd wordt voor 1 mei 2025. Opdrachtgever geeft de definitieve aanvangsdatum uiterlijk 15 april 2025 door voor de definitieve leveringsdatum inclusief montage. De scope van de opdracht omvat: • leveren Meubilair; • monteren (gebruiksklaar maken) van Meubilair; • preventief en correctief onderhoud van Meubilair; • meubelmanagement (hoeveel, locatie, status, etc.); • advies Meubilair. De geraamde waarde van de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt voor de initiële investering circa € 500.000,- De geraamde waarde van de Raamovereenkomst na het eerste jaar bedraagt circa € 10.000,- per jaar.
