Description

Die WISTA Management GmbH (WISTA MG) plant den Umbau und die Erweiterung des ehemaligen USMilitärkrankenhauses in Berlin Lichterfelde zum Innovationszentrum FUBIC. Das Gründer- und Technologiezentrum soll der Unterbringung von forschungs- und technologieorientierten Unternehmensneugründungen und profilkonformen Klein- und Mittelständischen Unternehmen dienen. Es werden Büros und Labore für Chemie, Mikrobiologie und Physik errichtet. Das Gebäude liegt als freistehende Großstruktur mit ca. 60m x 120m zentral auf einem ca. fünf Hektar großen Entwicklungsgelände zwischen Fabeckstraße und Kamillenstraße, das in den kommenden Jahren als Campus mit 6 weiteren Neubauten entwickelt werden soll.
