Description
Metallbau- und Verglasungsarbeiten mit Stahl-Glas-Systemen für den Neubau des Stadtarchivs Bayreuth. Für die Außenelemente (PR-Fassaden, Fenster und Außentüren) sind alternativ Aluminium-Glas-Systeme zugelassen (als Nebenangebot). Die Leistung umfasst u.a.- die Errichtung von Pfosten-Riegelfassaden, zum Teil mit einzeln feststehenden Fassadenlamellen (19 Stück),- Fenstern,- Sonnenschutzanlagen an Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden und Fenstern,- Innen- und Außentürelemente,- Toranlagen (1 St. Sektionaltor Fassade und 1 St. Brandschutz-Schiebetor innen).Die Fassade erstreckt sich einmal im Erdgeschoss über Eck (gesamt ca. 130 m², mit vormontierten Lamellen) und einmal über 2 Geschosse an beiden Seiten eines Verbindungsganges mit insgesamt ca. 200 m².
